ibex is hiring for an experienced HR Business Analyst to support end-to-end HR functions with a strong focus on talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global and international clients , particularly in technical hiring , and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The role involves a 9-hour work schedule with hours extending until 12:00 AM ; we welcome applications from individuals who are comfortable working these hours.


Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to support end-to-end HR functions with a strong focus on talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global and international clients , particularly in technical hiring , and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

This role requires working a 9-hour shift until 12:00 AM—please apply only if you are comfortable with this schedule.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end talent acquisition including technical hiring for international clients, recruitment analytics, hiring pipeline tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Analyze and support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, exit data, and attrition reporting.
  • Manage and optimize HR operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement across attendance, leave, performance, and employee records.
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.


Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience working with global/international clients and recruiting for international markets .
  • Strong background in technical recruitment and understanding of IT/technical roles.
  • Experience in HR analytics, HR operations, ATS/HRIS systems, and advanced Excel reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work a 9-hour shift until 12:00 AM is mandatory.
