The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for building partnerships across the organization to develop and execute HR solutions. This individual is knowledgeable about the business objectives of the organization and embeds these objectives in their service offerings to leadership, employees, and independent contractors. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will manage and coordinate HR practices, services, and programs that support an engaged and energized team with a thriving culture. The HRBP coordinates with leadership to implement organization-wide strategies, push business objectives, enforce policies, and provide coaching across the organization.
Essential Duties:

Partner with Leadership: Develop and drive plans that optimize talent, structure, process, and culture while increasing team effectiveness and engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders on HR best practices, change initiatives, organizational design, compensation, and benefits strategies to support overall business direction

Deliver HR Solutions: Address business challenges such as employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development. Work closely with leadership and employees to create and maintain a positive and trusting environment while increasing productivity and retention

Policy Implementation: Create and implement HR policies and programs, support projects and processes, and facilitate and track employee relations counseling

Coaching and Development: Develop strong team member relationships and act as a coach to managers and leaders in all people management priorities. Identify, develop and conduct learning opportunities

Data Analysis & Decision Support: Use people analytics to inform workforce decisions, measure program impact, and make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, or development

Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Performance Guidance: Provide day-to-day performance guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions

Talent Management and Organization Design: Create and implement high quality programs to support Core’s business objectives. Provides direction and input on workforce planning and succession planning

Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, major in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field preferred.

HR Certification (SPHR/SHRM-SCP or like) preferred
Experience:

7+ years related HR experience in a healthcare environment required

Experience developing and executing people programs and training required

Experience navigating employee relations situations required

Experience managing employment agreements preferred

Experience supporting healthcare operations preferred
