Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to join our team in
Mumbai
. The ideal candidate will bring
7–8 years of progressive HR experience
, with a strong background in
HR operations, payroll, HR systems, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations
. Prior experience in the
financial services or asset management industry
is highly preferred.
As a strategic HR partner, you will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and drive key people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 HR Operations & Payroll

Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle activities (onboarding to exit).

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with statutory regulations.

Maintain and update employee data in HRMS and coordinate with finance/payroll teams.
🔹 HR Systems & MIS

Manage and maintain the HRIS/HRMS system for employee data, attendance, and records.

Generate regular HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership.
🔹 Performance Management (PMS)

Drive the annual and mid-year performance review cycles.

Provide support and training to managers and employees on the PMS process.

Monitor performance outcomes and improvement plans.
🔹 Learning & Development

Identify training needs through gap analysis and coordinate L&D initiatives.

Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver learning programs.

Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
🔹 Policy Implementation & Compliance

Draft, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Stay updated on labor laws and ensure company compliance.
🔹 Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers for HR-related matters.

Handle employee grievances with empathy and objectivity.

Plan and execute employee engagement and
reward & recognition
programs.
🔹 Retention & Exit Management

Drive employee retention strategies through effective engagement and development plans.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends with actionable insights.
Key Requirements:

7–8 years
of relevant HR experience in a mid-to-large-sized organization.

Strong exposure to
HR operations, payroll, performance management, employee engagement, and HR systems
.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills.
-
Experience in financial services or asset management industry
is highly preferred.
Education & Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field from a recognized institute.
