We are seeking experienced professionals as IT HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team as a core member, responsible for defining and executing the people strategy that supports the organization’s IT team. As a trusted advisor to shape the human capital agenda for IT team focusing on talent acquisition & development, organizational design, culture building, and transformation. This position plays a critical role in strengthening the IT talent, driving performance excellence, and building a scalable talent pipeline to fuel long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:

IT Talent Acquisition Strategy

Develop and execute a centralized IT Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy aligned with growth, expansion, and succession goals

Drive talent hiring in collaboration with IT leadership and vertical leads

Monitor key TA metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire

Design and institutionalize a structured campus hiring framework for Tier-I and Tier-II technical colleges
-
Establish partnerships with recruitment vendors, search firms, and campus placement offices for sourcing efficiency

Talent Management, Training & Performance Management:

Build and implement IT Talent Management Framework

Drive talent development programs through executive coaching, mentoring, and assessment centers

Build IT Learning Strategy aligned with business goals with implementation of annual learning calendar for continuous upskilling

Drive a performance-driven culture through a transparent and measurable performance management system

Align all employee KRAs with business scorecards and Group objectives

Standardize goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals

Link performance outcomes to rewards, recognition, and career growth

Other key areas:

Conduct pulse surveys; convert insights into targeted action plans

Implement employee recognition frameworks (monthly, quarterly, annual awards) linked to values and performance

Ensure healthy work culture with employee engagement programs involving employees and leadership participation

Closely collaborate with other HR functions for all operational processes — onboarding, confirmation, transfers, separation, and documentation

Create HR dashboards, MIS integrating manpower, attrition & cost analytics

Align payroll structure with company compensation philosophy, compliance, and cost parameters for IT function

Ensure 100% adherence to all applicable HR, labor, and employment laws

Maintain updated knowledge and documentation related to HR policies

Ensure HR policies are effectively implemented within IT and remain compliant with labor laws and internal standards.
Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's in human resources, or Business Administration
-
8-10 years of relevant work experience in IT organization development as HR Business Partner

A great listener with demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

Flexible, autonomous with good sense of team spirit, can do-attitude

Proficient in verbal and written English
