dynamic HR Business Partner
who will drive our talent and people agenda with ownership, energy, and curiosity.
What you’ll do

Lead the
talent agenda
by delivering the best hiring strategies aligned with business priorities

Build
strong pipelines
of active and passive candidates through innovative sourcing and recruitment approaches

Partner closely with
business leaders
to coach them on predictive hiring, onboarding, and retention practices

Manage the
full employee lifecycle
— from hiring and onboarding to performance and development
-
Support the HR Lead in
performance evaluation, calibration, and learning programs
-
Act as a trusted advisor on people topics such as performance, capability, retention, and legal compliance
-
Drive talent and career management initiatives
by identifying growth opportunities, creating development roadmaps, and enabling continuous learning for future-ready teams

Collaborate with external partners and agencies where needed to deliver outstanding candidate and employee experiences
What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree and
min 5 years of HR experience
, with a strong background in HR Business Partnership

Deep knowledge of
Turkish labor law
and HR operations

Excellent communication skills in
English and Turkish
