As the Lead HR Business Partner for D&T, you will head a team of HRBPs and leverage the support of HR CoEs to enable this vision by building world-class people practices, driving capability development, workforce planning, and fostering a high-performance culture that accelerates innovation and agility. You will work closely with technology leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities, lead organization design, strengthen leadership capability, drive engagement, and ensure a future-ready workforce.
We are looking for an MBA/PGDM-qualified HR leader with 12–18 years of HRBP experience in a technology-driven organization, deep expertise in talent strategy and workforce planning, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders through a data-driven and global mindset.
