KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Business Partnering

Act as a strong
employee advocate
, ensuring employee voices, feedback, and concerns are heard and represented in leadership decisions.

Build trusted relationships with employees across levels, creating a safe space for open dialogue and meaningful conversations.

Proactively identify engagement, wellbeing, or attrition risks and partner with leaders to drive timely, people-centric interventions.

Support employees through change by providing clarity, empathy, and consistent communication during key transitions.

Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to leaders, supporting them across
Talent Management, Talent Reviews, Leadership Development, workforce planning, and performance management
.

Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and manager by
coaching and counseling on company policies, procedures, employee relations, and workplace matters
.

Partner closely with departments to
identify root causes of people-related challenges, recommend solutions, and drive continuous process improvements
.

Provide hands-on support and guidance to employees and managers on
employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
, with a strong focus on empathy and fairness.
Talent Management (COE Responsibility)

Own and drive end-to-end
Talent Management programs
, including high-potential identification, career frameworks, and leadership pipelines.

Design and execute
retention strategies, succession planning, and talent review processes
aligned with business priorities.

Partner with leaders to assess
current and future capability gaps
and build long-term talent strategies.

Analyze workforce data and insights to continuously improve
talent outcomes and employee experience

Learning, Development & OD
-
Analyze training and development needs across levels and functions and create a
robust, future-ready learning roadmap
.

Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to ensure employee skills and performance meet current and evolving organizational needs.

Plan and execute
Organization Development (OD) and DEI initiatives
, supporting cultural transformation and smooth change adoption.
Internal & Business Communications (COE Responsibility)

Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to
shape clear, engaging internal communication strategies
.

Drive consistent messaging around people initiatives, culture, and organizational changes.
-
Support leadership communications, employee campaigns, and engagement initiatives that strengthen alignment and transparency.
QUALIFICATION:
-
Graduate / Post Graduation in HR is a must
-
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HRBP or similar role.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.

Excellent Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong understanding of HR concepts.
