Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR BP to join our team. The HR BP will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including employee relations, disciplinary procedures, attrition, absenteeism, and stakeholder management. This role requires a proactive approach to HR practices, ensuring the well-being and development of our employees, and maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and resolve conflicts.
Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Attrition Management:
Monitor and analyze employee turnover rates.
Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition.
Provide recommendations to management based on attrition data analysis.
Sickness and Absence Management:
Track and manage employee sickness and absence records.
Implement procedures for managing long-term and short-term absences.
Work with managers and employees to develop return-to-work plans.
Promote employee health and well-being initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs and provide solutions.
Communicate HR policies and updates effectively across the organization.
Represent the HR department in meetings and discussions with senior management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor law 4857.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
