Human Resources Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner will play a critical role in the success of the organization by providing strategic HR support to the assigned businesses (Retail, B2B etc.). Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and goals. Responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management, development and offboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a point of the contact and advisor for the Business Head, employees and managers in the assigned business unit on HR related matters
  • Partner with business leaders to understand the concerned Business Unit strategy and align HR strategies, initiatives, policies & procedures that support the business strategy and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives to develop/improve and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Actively identifies gaps in processes and propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Advise on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and other HR issues
  • Coordinates with the Training Department on gaps identified with the business to effect changes and incorporate into development plans
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices and share knowledge with the HR team and business leaders.


Qualifications


  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years of experience in a business partner role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • MBA in Human Resources
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
