Job Title: HR Business Partner (Contract – Temp)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $55-$65/ per hour

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support organizational initiatives during active mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activity. This contract role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience in change management , culture integration , and navigating complex organizational transitions. The HRBP will work closely with leadership to ensure a smooth and people‑focused integration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams to support M&A initiatives, including due diligence and post‑acquisition integration
• Develop and implement change management strategies that support organizational goals
• Lead efforts related to culture alignment and employee engagement during integration
• Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and communication planning
• Provide HR guidance in areas such as policy alignment, employee relations, and restructuring
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent and transparent communication
• Support managers and employees through transition periods to promote stability and clarity

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within organizations undergoing M&A activity
• Demonstrated experience in change management and culture integration
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Philadelphia, PA
• Highly adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast‑moving environments
