A leading consumer goods organization with a large, multi-location workforce is looking to hire an
HR Business Partner
to support its growing operations.
Your Role

Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with commercial and operational goals

Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees across assigned geographies and functions.

Use people data and business insight to design and implement effective HR policies and programs

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including contracts, recruitment, and onboarding
-
Lead complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair investigations and sound resolutions
-
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and partner with legal teams as required
-
Support organizational restructures, workforce planning, and succession initiatives
Must Have
-
10+ years of HR experience in a large, fast-paced commercial organization with a sizeable workforce

Strong hands-on experience with Saudi labor laws and local compliance requirements

Solid working knowledge across core HR disciplines, including ER, compensation, and performance management

Professional qualification in Human Resources

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

Strong stakeholder management skills and business-partnering mindset
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP / HR systems
