Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our HR team, primarily responsible for bulk hiring and sales hiring .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on bulk hiring and sales positions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and headhunting
• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
• Ensure joining documentation is completed and properly shared for newly hired employees

Qualifications

• Graduate / BBA / MBA in HR or a relevant field

Experience

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience
• Strong exposure to bulk hiring and sales hiring is mandatory
