We are looking for a professional, strategic, and empathetic HR Business Partner (HRBP) specializing in Employee Relations to champion a high-performance culture. In this role, you will balance objective conflict resolution with proactive engagement strategies to ensure a fair and respectful workplace.
As a critical liaison, you will:

Partner with management to translate business goals into actionable people strategies.

Advocate for employees to ensure their voices are heard and concerns addressed.

Advise on complex issues, including performance coaching, labor law compliance, and workplace investigations.
This position reports to the HR Manager for Employee Relations and is designed for a data-informed problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates will possess the following minimum education and experience or equivalency:

At least a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, communications, or a closely related field

Closely related fields will include at least 60 course hours in the above subjects

At least three (3) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience with significant work in conducting workplace investigations and personnel policy compliance
Preferred candidates will have:-
At least one (1) industry-recognized Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP/CP, SPHR/PHR, IPMA-SCP/CP)

Formal training and/or certification in mediation and workplace investigations
