Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a part-time Bilingual HR Business Partner to join NorthgateHR, supporting clients through a blend of remote and on-site engagements throughout the South Florida area, as business needs require.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with hands-on experience in employee relations, compliance, and people operations. This role requires the ability to serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership teams, guiding organizations through day-to-day HR challenges as well as periods of growth and change. Candidates should bring 8+ years of direct experience working closely with executives and client stakeholders and demonstrate the confidence and judgment needed to operate as a trusted HR advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Front line support for a variety of clients both in office and remote
  • Broad HR experience is critical, ability to be organized and technically sound
  • Provide HR guidance within accounts in line with NorthgateHR’s standards
  • Analyze trends & metrics with accounts such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, & other HR metrics, offering recommendations to improve
  • Resolve employee relations issues and address issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide HR policy guidance and ensure regulatory compliance with HR initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy of HRIS and affiliated systems

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager; minimum 8 years
  • Analytical, goal oriented with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Skills with HRIS and Excel
  • HR experience related to: workforce planning, training, succession planning, recruiting, compensation and benefits
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Executive presence and the ability to present to large groups as well as leadership
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required to support current and future clients.
