Human Resources Business Partner

This will be a full-time HR Business Partner supporting the manufacturing sites. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on operations and HRIS leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership on performance, engagement, and retention
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations and development
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance
• Support recruitment and maintain HR policies
• Act as SME for SAP SuccessFactors (reporting, optimization, training across NA)
• Analyze HR metrics including turnover, engagement, and KPIs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience managing a mixed workforce
• Bachelor’s degree
• HR certification

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
