Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

The HRBP will lead our HR department at Lumin Systems, overseeing operations, payroll, and recruitment, while aligning workforce needs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Lifecycle: Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.
• Personnel & Compliance: Manage contracts, social insurance, and Egyptian labor law compliance.
• Payroll & Attendance: Supervise monthly payroll, attendance, and settlements.
• HR Strategy: Support leadership with workforce planning and performance management.

Requirements:

• Experience 8+ years in HR (Personnel, Payroll, Recruitment).
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & social insurance.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, and high attention to detail.
