Human Resources Business Partner

Job Purpose To lead and elevate the Talent Management function into a structured, high-impact capability that strengthens workforce quality, leadership pipeline readiness, and organizational performance. This role is responsible for building practical, scalable systems across talent acquisition, career development, assessment, performance management, and company-wide learning & development, while leading and developing a junior Talent Management team into a confident, specialized, and business-oriented unit.

  • Company-Wide Training & Development
  • HR Systems & Talent Analytics
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building (Core Accountability )


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fie
  • Master’s degree in HRM, Organizational Development, or MBA preferred
  • 8–12 years progressive HR experience
  • Minimum 5 years in Talent Management, L&D, Performance Management, or OD leadership role o Proven experience designing and running assessment centers
  • Experience building or upgrading talent systems
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams
  • Experience in industrial or operationally intensive environments preferred
