We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves recruitment, enjoys working with international clients and candidates, and is eager to grow within a dynamic organization with a strong potential to transition into a full-time role.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

* Preparing compelling and accurate job descriptions
* Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
* Managing our ATS and CRM systems to maintain an organized hiring pipeline
* Vetting applications and conducting candidate screening
* Leading screening interviews and assessing candidate suitability
* Evaluating candidates’ English communication skills
* Preparing professional candidate presentations for clients
* Coordinating and arranging client interviews
* Managing offer and contract processes
* Conducting monthly post-placement check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Headhunting
* C1-level English proficiency (spoken and written) with the ability to accurately assess candidates’ language skills
* Strong experience conducting interviews and evaluating talent
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Experience working with ATS, CRM platforms, recruitment tools, and sourcing technologies
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Passion for people, talent development, and creating exceptional candidate experiences
* Comfortable working with diverse cultures, international clients, and global talent pools
