Human Resources Business Partner - Events (Saudi national)

We’re hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing organization within the events industry in Saudi Arabia.

We’re looking for a confident HR professional who can partner with senior leadership while supporting operational teams, bringing strong governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Key Requirements

• Strong HR governance experience

• International HR experience

• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and local HR processes

• Experience within events or large-scale project environments

• Understanding of contract, permanent, and freelance staffing models

• Ability to support workforce scaling, performance management, and KPI frameworks around event delivery

• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence

Salary: SAR 30,000-35,000 + benefits, ticket allowance, and bonus.
