The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to our Accouting and Operations teams. Operations includes Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, and Quality. This role plays a critical part in fostering engagement, performance, and leadership capability across these functions. The HRBP provides both strategic and hands-on HR support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
This position is primarily based at our corporate headquarters, with travel to our Claremont, NC every 6–8 weeks.

What You Do
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to implement HR strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and succession planning. Provide guidance on employee relations, policy compliance, and organizational best practices.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring top talent selection and smooth integration during the first 90 days.
Performance & Talent Management: Support leaders in goal setting, feedback, and development planning to build a high-performing culture and strong internal pipeline.
Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive workplace by leading investigations, promoting recognition initiatives, and strengthening communication between employees and leadership.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies while recommending updates to improve fairness, clarity, and effectiveness.
