Hiring for HRBP - Warehouse for leading Quick Commerce Company
CTC: 8-9 LPA
Location : Borivalli
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site.
● Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
● Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations.
● Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
● Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment,
etc.).
● Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
● Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices.
● Ensure smooth HR operations across rotational shifts and multiple workforce levels.
Key Requirements
● 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
● Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
● Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
● Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
● Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.
● Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
