Overview:
Job Summary: Maintain employee’s personnel records. Provide support for administrative and store personnel.
This is not a remote opportunity and will be located in our Gouverneur, NY offices.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties:

Maintain complete confidentiality of personnel information at all times.

Maintain employee personnel records and ensure accuracy.

Track all necessary paperwork to comply with federal and state laws.

Understand and utilize ICIMs effectively as our ATS and Onboarding tool.

Enter new employee information into Cloud suite system, enter salary changes and any changes in status, location, FTE and address.

Track and record employee performance review documents.

Responsible for verifying employment using E-Verify program.

Responsible for ensuring we have all required documents for employees based on position (Drug Test, background checks).

Responsible for reporting new hires each week to any applicable State Agency.

Assist with EEO annual reporting.

Responsible for ordering and distributing name badges in a timely fashion

Assist in orientation for new employees.

Responsible for compiling reports for other departments as requested.
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education Requirements:

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Business Administration

Compensation
$18.50-19.22 per hour
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
