HR Solutions LLC is a leading HR consulting company based in Puerto Rico. Due to our growth we are currently in the look out for an HR Clerk. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Clerk to support t in various functions essential to effective workforce management. The ideal candidate will assist with talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll and HRIS data management. This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in human capital management and contribute to strategic HR initiatives within a dynamic organization. The position requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and familiarity with HR systems and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition efforts through HR sourcing, ATS management, and conducting interviews
- Assist with employee orientation, onboarding, and training & development programs
- Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and ensure data collection aligns with organizational needs
- Administer employee benefits programs including health benefits, workers' compensation, and leave management such as FMLA
- Support performance management processes, employee evaluation, and succession planning activities
- Aid in compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning
- Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
- Contribute to change management initiatives and organizational design projects
- Assist with payroll processing using systems like Workday, ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro
- Support HR projects related to workforce management, strategic planning, and benefits administration
- Prepare reports and documentation related to HR metrics using tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative support within HR functions
- Familiarity with HR systems including Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Kronos, or similar platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, Ceridian)
- Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and compliance standards
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively
- Experience with data entry, project management, and social media management related to employer branding or recruitment efforts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
