JOB PURPOSE:
Supports Human Resources Manager and Section Heads in HR policy design and implementation, remuneration and benefits policies and procedures. Advises on frameworks and supports implementation of OD projects in areas such as Organization Design, Workforce Planning and Workforce Optimization; and to design and manage effective programs, which support proactive talent management, succession planning and structure. Design and implement effective EVPs to support key elements of HR strategy (attraction, retention, engagement).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support the OD team on issues pertaining to organizational structure, including governance and the authority matrix.

Suggest changes to organizational structure and functional statements as well assists the OD team with workforce planning and succession planning.

Help Staffing team in setting the hiring matrix and advises them with recruitment process and procedures to ensure effective and timely recruitment.

Provide support to C&B Section Head in regard to developing/enhancing SASREF HR policies.

Provide expert opinion to C&B Section Head in matters pertaining to C&B and Performance Management including merit pay, bonuses and incentives and recognition programs, as applicable.

Help with job evaluations and Role Profiles pertaining to SASREF.

Help all teams with their benchmarking needs, as and when required.

Assist HR Manager in laying down employee engagement strategy, to cover harnessing employee opinion, relevant improvement plans and programs and measuring the effectiveness of these on workforce engagement and productivity.

Assist MHR with proposals pertaining to the BCC and SASREF Board.

Play a role of Internal Auditor to HR department to ensure compliance to policies and guidelines and reports any non-compliance to HR manager and the relevant team.

Reporting all suspicious emails including the phishing tests.

Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
-
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
