We are partnering with a leading global professional services and consulting organization to appoint an experienced
Manager / Senior Manager – HR Advisory
to join their growing team in Saudi Arabia.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates from a
consulting background (preferably Big 4 or leading management consulting firms)
with deep experience advising clients on HR strategy, operating model design, workforce transformation, and organization effectiveness across large and complex environments.
Please note: This is a
client-facing HR Advisory / Consulting role
focused on shaping and delivering strategic HR solutions — not a traditional in-house HR Business Partner or HR Operations position.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and advise clients on HR strategy, workforce transformation, and organization design initiatives.

Assess current HR functions, governance structures, and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.

Design future-state HR operating models aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.

Deliver HR advisory engagements across areas including talent strategy, workforce planning, employee experience, performance management, and capability development.

Conduct organizational diagnostics, HR assessments, and maturity evaluations to develop actionable recommendations.

Support HR technology and process transformation initiatives, partnering with stakeholders through implementation phases.

Facilitate executive workshops and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders.

Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption activities across transformation programs.

Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants while ensuring high-quality client delivery.
Ideal Background
-
Proven experience in
HR Advisory, Human Capital Consulting, Organization Design, Workforce Transformation, or People Consulting
within a consulting environment.

Prior experience from
Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
or a leading strategy/management consulting firm is highly preferred.

Strong expertise in
HR operating model design, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, talent transformation, and HR process improvement
.

Demonstrated ability to lead strategic client engagements and influence senior stakeholders.

Experience managing multiple workstreams and delivering large-scale transformation programs.

Strong communication, executive presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Exposure to
Middle East projects or multinational client environments
is advantageous.
