Human Resources Consultant - ERP Functional

We are looking for a highly skilled HR ERP Consultant with both functional and technical expertise to support, enhance, and optimize our HR systems.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between HR operations and technology, ensuring our ERP environment delivers efficient, automated, and scalable HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with HR stakeholders.
• Analyze and map HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Self-Service, etc.).
• Configure, test, and implement HR modules in the ERP system.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and functional support.

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, reports, and workflows.
• Build and enhance APIs, interfaces, and data migration scripts.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate fixes with IT and vendors.
• Support data quality initiatives and ensure secure handling of HR data.
• Work on performance tuning, automation solutions, and technical optimizations.
