The Human Resources Coordinator will work amongst seven other HR team members. The key responsibilities for this role include launching new hire documents, onboarding new team members, reviewing I-9 forms and processing them through E-Verify, distributing HR reports, maintaining accurate data and document storage within the HRIS system, coordinating training schedules, assisting with payroll processing for approximately 450 team members as needed, and providing support across other HR business functions.

Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- MS Office
- Ability to keep information confidential
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree
- HRIS experience, Paylocity preferred
- Knowledge of processing payroll
