Human Resources Coordinator

Title: HR Coordinator - Screener

Location: Cairo ( across 6th of October/ New Cairo/ Maadi)

This is a temporary position (3–6 months). Based on performance and business needs, high-performing employees will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with the team.

Responsibilities :

• Handling recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for the hiring managers.

• Effectively source candidates by posting over social media platforms.

• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ experience, availability, interest, and alignment with company values.

• Ensure all screening and hiring practices comply with company policies and employment laws.

• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the screening process.

Requirements:

• English Fluency is a must ( B2+ -C1 )

• University Graduate.

• Call Center or Mass Hiring experience

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Good with Excel

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information professionally.
