Our mission is to improve properties, empower people, and build long-term value through continuous improvement and strong management.We’re seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support our on-site and virtual staff, contractors, and company operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers the chance to make a real impact on both people and property outcomes.Key Responsibilities

  • HR support for on-site and virtual staff
  • Payroll processing and recordkeeping
  • Coordinate annual reviews and performance tracking
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for employees and contractors
  • Support contractor relationship management
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and employee/contractor records
  • Benefits administration support
  • Contribute to company culture initiatives and team events
  • Provide accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) support when time allows
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 2+ years HR coordination, payroll, or office administration experience
  • Experience supporting hybrid or remote teams preferred
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, etc.)
  • Experience with contractor management and basic accounting a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
