This position is a dynamic blend of managing employee relations and essential HR administration. You'll be the key player in fostering a positive and productive environment, resolving issues related to scheduling, attendance, and performance, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. You’ll also manage core HR functions, including record-keeping, compliance, and onboarding, all while working closely with the HR Director.
