SUMMARY
Provide administrative support to the Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Generalists, handling recruitment activities, onboarding processes, data management, administrative operations, and various HR tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter all new hire paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate and initiate pre-employment background screenings and drug testing procedures.

Facilitate onboarding processes for both direct hires and temp-to-hire employees.

Refer employee issues and concerns to Corporate HR for resolution as necessary.

Assist the Senior HR Manager with workers' compensation, FMLA, benefits inquiries, and open enrollment activities.

Handle miscellaneous projects, assignments, and HR tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.

Strong data entry skills.

Excellent skills in interpersonal communication, both verbal and written.

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and time management are critical.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in HR matters.
