HR Coordinator (Part-Time) – Iris Medical Group

Brentwood, TN | Part-Time (20–25 hrs/week)

We are hiring a Part-Time HR Coordinator to support our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within the healthcare field.

What You’ll Do

• Support recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews
• Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, compliance tracking, and credential management
• Maintain accurate employee files (HIPAA-compliant) and HR documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and leadership
• Help coordinate training, evaluations, and staff communications
• Track PTO, attendance, and staff changes
• Assist with creating/updating SOPs and HR procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of HR support, medical office admin, or healthcare office experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Experience with EHR (Athena is a plus)
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Healthcare HR experience preferred

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Monday–Friday | No weekends
