Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Representative to join our team in The Colony, TX. This role is critical to our day-to-day operations and will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and the coordination of phlebotomist staff across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle, benefits administration, compliance, and record-keeping.
• Conduct and coordinate smooth and efficient onboarding processes for new hires.
• Serve as the main HR point of contact for all phlebotomists and other employees across various sites.
• Track and manage employee schedules, leaves, and attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal labor regulations.
• Address employee concerns and provide HR support to staff at all levels.
• Coordinate with department managers for staffing needs and resource planning.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRIS or other systems.
• Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring processes as needed.
• Drive HR best practices and continuous process improvement across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR Representative or similar role; healthcare or lab services experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site employees, especially field-based roles like phlebotomists.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
