Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions. This role requires a strong understanding of human capital management principles and employment law. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within an expanding healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee leave (FMLA, Personal, PFML, Etc.)
  • Maintain accurate employee files utilizing ADP Workforce now and Google Suite
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and promoting positive communication across teams.
  • Manage administrative HR tasks including data collection, report generation, social media management for employer branding, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage ACA compliance
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify trends in order to implement corrective actions

Experience

  • Familiarity with ADP and Google Suite
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law
  • Demonstrated ability in project management and organizational design initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
