As a Human Resources Coordinator with New Story, you will support and facilitate human resources processes across all business locations. Partnering closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure a positive employee experience throughout the full lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing support and compliance.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, with 3+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred
PHR certification or ability to obtain preferred
Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to change
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What You'll Do
Partner with HR leadership to support and implement human resources strategies aligned with organizational mission, vision, and goals
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientations, and relationship-building efforts to attract, retain, and engage employees
Support employee relations by responding to inquiries, redirecting HR-related communications, and collaborating with departments such as payroll, benefits, operations, and safety
Maintain HR systems and resources, including HRIS data, employee records, policies, procedures, and the employee intranet
Assist with compliance audits, integration of acquired companies, ad-hoc HR projects, and provide administrative support including recordkeeping, data entry, and file maintenance
