Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking an HR Coordinator in their New York, NY location.
Key Responsibilities

Create requisitions in the applicant tracking system to support hiring needs.

Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, confirmations, and onsite support when necessary. Responsibilities may include preparing interview materials, greeting candidates, and facilitating smooth transitions between interviewers in both virtual and in-person formats.

Provide timely status updates and correspondence to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Maintain consistent communication with Talent Acquisition Partners, recruiters, and interview teams regarding recruitment activity and timelines.

Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and other HR colleagues to support the full recruitment life cycle.
Qualifications

Relevant work experience or equivalent certification.

Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Demonstrated customer service orientation with a proactive mindset.

Experience managing and coordinating calendars across multiple time zones.

High level of professionalism and confidence, with the ability to instill confidence in others.

Ability to think independently and creatively, taking ownership of issues as they arise.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with HR systems (applicant tracking systems), Microsoft Office Suite, and video conferencing platforms (WebEx, Teams, Zoom).

Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
Education

Bachelor’s degree required.
