Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking an HR Coordinator in their New York, NY location.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create requisitions in the applicant tracking system to support hiring needs.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, confirmations, and onsite support when necessary. Responsibilities may include preparing interview materials, greeting candidates, and facilitating smooth transitions between interviewers in both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Provide timely status updates and correspondence to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Talent Acquisition Partners, recruiters, and interview teams regarding recruitment activity and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and other HR colleagues to support the full recruitment life cycle.

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience or equivalent certification.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience managing and coordinating calendars across multiple time zones.
  • High level of professionalism and confidence, with the ability to instill confidence in others.
  • Ability to think independently and creatively, taking ownership of issues as they arise.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Resilience and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (applicant tracking systems), Microsoft Office Suite, and video conferencing platforms (WebEx, Teams, Zoom).
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
