Human Resources Coordinator

Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team on beautiful Singer Island. This role supports the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience in a luxury hospitality environment. Responsibilities include coordinating new hire onboarding, conducting weekly orientations, processing employment documentation (including I-9 forms), maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR programs and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Experience in hospitality or HR operations is a plus
