Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to lead our human resources functions, including hiring, firing, and talent management. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our team is aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Recruitment & Hiring:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

- Manage the full hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.

2) Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive work environment through open communication.

- Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts as needed.

- Implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.

3) Performance Management:

- Oversee performance evaluation processes.

- Work with management to develop employee development plans.

4) Termination Processes:

- Handle all termination procedures with sensitivity and compliance.

- Conduct exit interviews to gather insights for improvement.

5) Policy Development:

- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion.
