Human Resources Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including organization design, workforce management, and strategic planning. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Participate in organization design efforts to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse teams.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
