Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Manage onboarding and employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the company culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases and files.
- Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll preparation.
- Help coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR-related documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Assist employees with basic HR inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes, including performance management and feedback sessions, to promote continuous development and engagement.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation claims, and retirement plans using systems like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and tact, applying conflict management techniques when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing HR sourcing activities and administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and compliance requirements.
- 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
