About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Human Resources professional who can operate at the intersection of coordination and generalist responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and maintaining efficient HR processes, ensuring accuracy across all employee lifecycle activities, and supporting a fast-paced, operational workforce.

You’ll play a key role in keeping HR functions running smoothly—owning details, improving workflows, and helping create a consistent and compliant employee experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, HRIS data, and documentation
  • Coordinate recruiting activities such as scheduling, candidate communication, and offer processing
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and employee questions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Help drive consistency and efficiency in HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with managers and employees to provide day-to-day HR support
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and data tracking to support business decisions
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
  • Proven ability to manage processes, documentation, and multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations
