Overview
Viscot Medical is a family-owned medical device manufacturer based in Morris County, New Jersey. For over 40 years, we have proudly designed and manufactured disposable surgical products in the United States that are used by healthcare professionals across the country and around the world.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of our human resources programs and processes. Reporting to the Director of Support & Services and partnering with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO), this role serves as the primary point of contact for payroll administration, benefits coordination, onboarding, employee records management, recruiting support, and routine employee relations matters.
At Viscot, we believe in professionalism, thinking like owners, choosing positivity, and serving where needed. The successful candidate will embody these values through reliable execution, attention to detail, responsiveness to employee needs, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating order, improving processes, and ensuring important details never fall through the cracks. The right candidate will enjoy building efficient systems, maintaining accurate records, supporting managers and employees, and helping ensure the HR function operates smoothly and consistently.
The successful candidate will be able to balance daily employee needs with longer-term priorities and projects. They will demonstrate strong judgment regarding what is urgent versus what is important and will consistently follow through on critical initiatives to completion.
As an in-person member of our team, this individual will be available to support employees where and when they need assistance. While occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available, this position is primarily on-site to provide direct support to our workforce.
