Autism Center of Excellence is a Premier Autism Therapy Center located in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We offer ABA Therapy to children from 2 years to 16 years of age in a child-centered family-oriented environment.
We are looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator who is energized by night-shift work and excited to play a key role in scaling our India operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading with ownership, and is ready to manage the full HR function independently.
Key Responsibilities (Night Shift Role)
- Lead the complete employee lifecycle — hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and seamless offboarding.
- Develop and refine HR policies and SOPs aligned with Indian labor laws while supporting a people-first work culture.
- Prepare and manage essential HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, compliance paperwork, and employee files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory processes (PF, ESIC, compliance filings), and work closely with finance and external consultants.
- Maintain accurate HR data, track key metrics, and ensure audit-ready records.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning.
- Manage HR tools and systems to keep employee data structured and up-to-date.
- Act as a trusted HR representative — addressing employee concerns promptly and helping maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work Night Shift (US timings).
- 2–3 years of HR experience, with minimum 2 years in a senior or independently handled role.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HRMS systems (Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, etc.).
- Experience working in startups or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Familiarity with AI tools or HR workflow automations (Zoho Recruit, ChatGPT, Notion, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
