The part-time Human Resources Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the department. They will assist with administrative duties for the H.R. department. The ideal candidate has prior HR / Administrative experience, is engaging and detail–oriented. Organizational skills, computer proficiency and good communication skills are a must.
HR Coordinator responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Processing payroll on a weekly basis
Assisting with planning Employee Relations events
Maintenance of hotel training and certification records
Running reports, data entry / digital filing
Hotel communication through a variety of channels
Assisting hotel associates and applicants on a day-to-day basis
This is an on-site position.

Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and/or Pashto/Dari is a plus
Prior human Resources and/or Administrative experience is preferred
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Refined written and verbal communication skills are required
