HR / People Operations coordinator
to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The business operates within the FinTech and digital services space and is building a modern, agile workforce to support its next phase of growth.
This opportunity is ideal for a junior HR professional with 6 months to 3 years of experience who is eager to build a long-term career within People Operations, HR Administration, and employee lifecycle management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment within the private sector.
Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR and People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates

Coordinate employee records, HR letters, contracts, and visa-related documentation

Maintain and update HR systems and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality

Support payroll coordination, leave tracking, attendance management, and benefits administration

Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR events

Coordinate with government portals and relevant authorities where required

Provide administrative support across recruitment coordination and interview scheduling

Ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently across the business

Support the wider HR team with reporting, audits, and operational projects
Requirements

UAEN with a Khulasat Al Qaid - Mandatory

Ideally, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or a High School diploma with strong HR experience.

6 months to 3 years of experience within HR, People Operations, HR Administration, or related areas

Strong organisational and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information professionally
