Local Nursing Home Facility is seeking a HR Director!

Must Have Prior LTC (Long Term Care) Nursing Home Experience.

Overview:

We are seeking a Human Resources Director to manage the recruiting process from start to finish. This job entails calling applicants, scheduling interviews, interviewing for some of the positions, and processing all background checks in a quick manner. There is excellent growth potential and great pay, along with very generous bonuses for goals met.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Preferred experience with Medicaid and payroll processes
Prior experience working in Long Term care
Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Business, Human Resources, Admissions, or related fields
