Contract duration - 2-3 year contract renewed annually



About the Role

A leading Abu Dhabi-based organization is seeking a seasoned Head of Human Resources to drive the people strategy and support business growth. This position requires a strategic and operational leader with a proven track record in high-performance environments, ideally within global consulting or professional services firms. The successful candidate will build scalable HR practices, strengthen talent pipelines, and foster a culture of excellence. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Head of HR will ensure best-in-class employee experience while maintaining operational discipline.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Partner to Leadership

  • Advise the executive team with data-driven HR insights to shape business decisions.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession management, and organizational development initiatives.

Building for Scale

  • Refine and optimize HR policies, processes, and systems across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and maintain HR systems governance and reporting integrity.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, setting clear goals and high standards of execution.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that values cultural and linguistic diversity.
  • Build HR capabilities to operate as a true business partner to the wider organization.

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Champion company values and embed them into HR programs and initiatives.
  • Oversee employee engagement, recognition, and well-being strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.

Data-Driven HR

  • Develop HR dashboards and analytics to track key KPIs such as turnover, productivity, and recruitment costs.
  • Use people analytics to deliver proactive insights and support evidence-based decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business units to address workforce challenges and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Drive integration between HR and business functions, ensuring HR directly supports delivery excellence.

Succession Planning & Leadership Development

  • Design leadership development frameworks to prepare future leaders for critical roles.
  • Assess current talent, identifying skills, potential, and readiness for advancement.
  • Implement tailored development plans including mentorship, coaching, and leadership programs.
  • Build depth in succession pipelines to ensure continuity across executive, technical, and client-facing roles.


Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree minimum qualification
  2. minimum of 12 years in HR
  3. Business consultancy experience
