Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to join the executive leadership team of a well-established manufacturing organization in Holland, MI. This strategic role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s HR vision, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all HR matters.
• Lead and develop HR initiatives aligned with business goals, including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, training, and recruitment.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, and employee engagement.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Mentor and lead a team of HR professionals across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to support business growth and transformation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience
• Proven track record of strategic HR leadership and business partnership.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.
