We are seeking an experienced and visionary Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen our people, culture, and performance. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in organizational development, compliance, and talent strategy — aligning people operations with business growth and company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, foster employee engagement, and promote a culture of excellence.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent and ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Performance & Development: Lead performance management programs, career development plans, and succession strategies that enhance employee growth.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor regulations while maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace.
- HR Systems & Analytics: Manage HR software platforms (e.g., Paychex or similar) and leverage data insights to monitor trends, turnover, and workforce engagement.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff, addressing employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy.
- Training & Culture: Develop training programs, workshops, and initiatives that build leadership capabilities and reinforce company culture.
- Operational Excellence: Continuously review and optimize HR processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance across all functions.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with executives on organizational design, headcount planning, and human capital management strategies.
- Contract Oversight: Review and manage employment agreements and vendor contracts related to HR functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong command of HRIS systems (Paychex, ADP, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision making.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Experience managing change and organizational transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.

Pay: $67,161.22 - $80,882.33 per year
