Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, talent acquisition, and employee relations, with a focus on strategic planning and organizational design. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement. This role requires travel between Nevada, Mexico, and must have a Valid US PASSPORT for Travel.

Duties

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment laws while managing workers' compensation claims.
  • Lead performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer benefits programs and manage payroll processes using HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paychex.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Conduct data analysis for workforce planning, succession planning, and process improvement efforts.
  • Supervise HR staff to ensure effective HR sourcing and program management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment & labor law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organization design, and conflict management.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Ceridian is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes related to HR functions.
  • Knowledge of change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions within the organization.
  • Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong data collection and analysis capabilities.
